Phase I & II Audit

Verina Consulting Group, LLC (VERINA) was retained by a leading specialty gas and welding supply firm to conduct pre-acquisition due diligence services for two properties in Essex County, New Jersey. The firm was set to purchase the leased property outright, as well as the adjacent parcel to permit expansion of their facility. VERINA prepared Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for each property in accordance with ASTM Standard E1527-13 to identify potential hazards and areas of concern. Using historic records obtained from a variety of sources, a comprehensive operational history of each property was assembled. Each individual area of concern was evaluated for its potential to have impacted the property and a recommendation for additional investigation was rendered.
