Michael R. Fontana Passes the New Jersey LSRP Licensure Exam

VERINA’s Principal, Michael R. Fontana, has passed the New Jersey LSRP licensure examination taken on May 14, 2012, establishing his role as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional.

As an LSRP, Mr. Fontana adheres to the strict code of ethics as defined by the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), signed into law in May of 2009. The SRRA permits Licensed Site Remediation Professionals to oversee site cleanup activities while prioritizing health and safety to the public and the environment, complying with all New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection cleanup standards and applicable regulations. Licensure allows cleanup of contaminated sites to proceed more quickly, providing a greater measure of environmental protection to the citizens of New Jersey.
